Work Begins on Lancaster Bible College’s New Global Vision Center
On May 1, 2026, High Construction proudly joined Lancaster Bible College (LBC) and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Global Vision Center, a signature facility that will serve as a welcoming gateway to the college’s Lancaster campus.
Located prominently at the entrance to campus along Bible College Drive near Eden Road, the 15,000‑plus‑square‑foot Global Vision Center is designed to function as LBC’s front porch—creating a highly visible destination for visitors, prospective students, and the campus community. The main portion of the building is scheduled to open in September 2027.
During the groundbreaking ceremony, more than 200 attendees gathered to mark this important milestone, including college leadership, trustees, design and construction partners, and local officials. Representatives from High Construction participated alongside LBC President Dr. Tommy Kiedis, members of the Board of Trustees, and the broader project team.
As construction manager, High Construction is collaborating closely with Greenfield Architects, Studio Val, D.H. Funk & Sons, Haller Enterprises, and GCI, Inc. to bring the project from vision to reality.
The two‑story Global Vision Center will feature an open, light‑filled design, including an inviting vestibule and reception area, a spacious lobby and hospitality space, a large conference room, and a flexible gathering area accommodating up to 75 people. Nearly a dozen offices will be located within the Center, including space for LBC’s Admissions team, who often serve as the first point of contact for campus visitors. Outdoor seating will further enhance the building’s role as a central gathering place.
The project is notable for being fully funded through donor support, allowing construction to move forward without financing. Following the completion of the main building, a second phase beginning in Fall 2027 will add an 8,000‑square‑foot Creation Gallery within the same structure, further expanding its use as a destination for education, engagement, and community connection.
Years in the making, the Global Vision Center represents a long‑standing vision for Lancaster Bible College and a significant investment in the future of its campus. High Construction is honored to play a role in bringing this landmark project to life and supporting an institution with deep roots in the Lancaster community.
