Project Details

Berwind Property Management Group selected High Construction as the construction manager to convert a 240,000-square-foot, light industrial facility, into flex office space with a high bay storage area.

 

Located at Ellis Preserve at Newtown Square’s 210-acre master-planned development, High Construction renovated the building facade, extending the second story several feet and incorporating a 550-foot-long glass curtain wall with stone accenting the main entrance.

 

Inside, High Construction was responsible for new mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems; sprinklers; installing three elevators; and building all common areas, corridors, and eight bathrooms.
