The Crossings at Conestoga Creek

High Construction provided preconstruction and construction management services for this upscale apartment community that is part of The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, a Main Street-oriented, mixed-use development project that includes retail, multi-family, and hospitality components, located in Lancaster, Pa. 

 

There are 258 high-end residential units, in seven (7) four-story buildings. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and a 24-hour fitness center. 

 

In addition to building the apartments, High Construction also constructed several other structures on the 90-acre site, including a 127-room Residence Inn by Marriott and various retail stores and restaurants.
