Hilton Garden Inn

The Hilton Garden Inn, located in Media, PA, is a stunning four-story, 67,000 SF wood-framed hotel developed for Middletown Hospitality Group. Breaking ground in September 2024, the project benefited from the owner’s proactive approach in delivering a pad-ready site, setting the stage for a smooth start.

From the outset, our team demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and commitment. A critical 14-foot retaining wall on the west side posed early challenges, compounded by weather delays that impacted foundation work and slab-on-grade installation. Despite these obstacles, we kept the project moving forward. Our wood framing partner worked tirelessly through snow and harsh winter conditions in early 2025, ensuring the structure was ready for interior rough-ins without compromising quality or safety.

The exterior showcases a sophisticated blend of EIFS, stone veneer, and cementitious siding—materials chosen for durability and aesthetic appeal. Our exterior crews went above and beyond during the summer months, working extended hours to complete the building envelope on schedule. Their dedication allowed us to meet the owner’s paving and landscaping milestones, delivering a finished product that reflects both craftsmanship and collaboration.
