Armstrong Flooring Inc. Headquarters & Technical Center

This project consisted of an interior and exterior renovation of two existing buildings to accommodate over 250 corporate office employees.

Totaling 58,000 square feet, the project scope included complete demolition and re-installation of the buildings' facades, roofs, and interior partitions.

High-end finishes were installed throughout, including in the 5,000-square-foot design showroom. As part of the client's commitment to sustainability, the buildings were renovated using sustainable building practices focused on human health and wellness, including the use of Armstrong's environmentally-focused flooring products.
