Women in Construction Week 2023

High Construction celebrated Women in Construction week this year with a video featuring our own talented, hard-working women. Women numbered just 10.9% of the entire U.S. construction workforce in 2022. At High Construction, however, we are very proud to be DOUBLE the national average, with women making up 21.5% of our team.
