Bob Walsh, High Construction’s Vice President of Project Management, to speak at SCUP 2013 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference
Lancaster, Pa. — Bob Walsh, High Construction Company’s vice president of project management, will speak on a panel at the SCUP 2013 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference, April 7-9 at Georgetown University, Washington, DC.
Walsh, in collaboration with Richard C. Barton, Principal, Academic Studio, Marshall Craft Associates, Inc. and Joseph Metro, Elizabethtown College, will discuss a hybrid construction model that reduces capital costs and builds institutional pride. The presentation will feature the unique approach used for the construction of Elizabethtown College’s Masters Center for Science Math and Engineering, which incorporated facility and student work crews. The session will also cover how to identify appropriate opportunities for alternative project delivery methods.
