Matt Twomey President High Construction Company 717-390-4600 mtwomey@high.net Mr. Twomey earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He started his career in construction more than 25 years ago. His experience covers an array of leadership roles, from directly managing projects for a variety of building types to starting up, developing, and managing his own construction firm. He now serves as president of High Construction. Mr. Twomey offers expertise and insight in construction management, design-build, and general contracting.

Michel L. Gibeault, AIA Vice President of Business Development High Construction Company 717-390-4601 mgibeault@high.net Mr. Gibeault has an Associate's degree in Construction Management from State University of New York at Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural Center. Mr. Gibeault is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. He has more than 28 years of industry experience in developing a variety of facilities. Mr. Gibeault joined High Construction in 1986 to oversee the architectural department and went on to lead both the design and construction operations of the company. He now oversees the company’s marketing and sales endeavors.

Francis (Frank) S. Fox, AIA, NCARB President Greenfield Architects, Ltd. 717-390-4609 ffox@high.net Mr. Fox  has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL. He is a registered architect in eight states, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida. He joined Greenfield Architects in the spring of 1994 and is now the president of the firm. Mr. Fox offers more than 18 years of experience in facility design.

Nevin D. Cooley, CPM President and CEO, High Real Estate Group 717-293-4441 ncooley@high.net   Mr. Cooley has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from University of Michigan. He has 17 years of experience in leading real estate development and acquisitions in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. His real estate team manages a portfolio of approximately 3,000 apartment units and six million square feet of industrial and commercial property. In addition to his position with High Real Estate Group, Mr. Cooley's affiliations include being a board member of High Investors, H.L. Wiker & Sons, Economic Development Company of Lancaster County, and Lancaster York Heritage Region. He is also president of Penn Square General Corporation, vice chairperson and board member of Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and chairperson and board member of Lancaster General Medical Group.
