LANCASTER, PA
—High Construction Company was awarded a contract to build the interior fit out for the Healthy Weight Management Center at the Lancaster General Health Campus at 2150 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, Pa. The $900,000-plus project will begin this month and wrap up in early May.
The 12,400-square-foot center will be located on the third floor of an existing building and will include a fitness area, locker rooms, a kitchen and presentation lounge for healthy cooking demonstrations, dietary offices, and examination rooms.
Dave Hersey, senior project manager for High Construction, and George Hammer, senior project superintendent for High Construction, will lead the project's construction.
High Construction's contract is with Cogdell Health Campus MOB, LP, an entity associated with Charlotte-based Cogdell Spencer. Noelker and Hull Associates Inc., Chambersburg, Pa., is the architect.
