LANCASTER, Pa.— High Construction completed the construction of a new headquarters and warehouse facility for Lawn Equipment Parts Company (LEPCO) at 1475 River Rd., East Donegal Township, Marietta, Pa.

High Construction served as construction manager and MEP design-builder for the multi-million dollar project. Sheila Snyder, senior project manager, and Kent Williams, senior project superintendent, led the team of designers, subcontractors, and field staff.

The 222,000 square foot facility includes a two-story office area of 30,000 square feet, with the remaining area serving as warehouse space. The building exterior features a multi-color brick veneer to highlight the office area; split-face block masonry and architectural metal panels on the warehouse section.

LEPCO is a family-owned and operated business that was established in 1970 as a wholesale distributor of outdoor power equipment, parts, and accessories. LEPCO was established as an after-market parts distributor to independent lawn equipment dealers.
