LANCASTER, PA—For the third consecutive year, the APEX Award was presented to High Construction Company for its Constructive Advice publication, and to High Real Estate Group for its Real Estate Matters publication.
APEX 2003, the 15th Annual Awards for Publication Excellence, is an international competition that recognizes outstanding publications based on excellence in graphic design, quality of editorial content, and success in conveying the publication's message and achieving overall communications effectiveness. Sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc., this year's competition included nearly 5,000 entries, with awards presented in more than 100 categories.

Constructive Advice is a quarterly publication written for facility planners and business owners that provides advice on how to tackle the myriad of issues faced when building or renovating a facility.
"We are pleased that our efforts to educate customers and individuals involved with facility planning and ownership are recognized by this award," said Jeff Sterner, Senior vice president and general manager of High Construction. “With the re-launch of our company's web site this year, we are able to provide even greater access to the wealth of knowledge and advice with an online version of the publication, including an archive of past articles, at www.ConstructiveAdvice.com."
Real Estate Matters provides readers with insightful articles written by High Real Estate Group co-workers. Areas covered include development, construction, design, investments, brokerage and appraisals.
“The purpose of the publication is to educate, provide ideas, and offer solutions to real estate challenges that readers may be facing. Highly experienced specialists within High Real Estate Group share some of their expertise in each issue," says John Sandy, High Real Estate Group marketing director and editor of Real Estate Matters. "The APEX award reaffirms that our reader-focused editorial approach and the overall presentation of the newsletter continue to meet high quality standards."
