LANCASTER, PA—High Construction today announced that it was awarded the APEX award of excellence for its quarterly Constructive Advice publication. High Construction was one of only 10 companies in Pennsylvania to receive an award for a newsletter.

Sponsored by Communications Concepts Inc., the fourteenth annual awards program recognizes publications based on graphic design, editorial content, and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.

The publication provides information and advice on construction-related issues, including interviews with industry experts.

"Constructive Advice is an educational tool that helps facility planners and buyers of construction services to make informed decisions.
